Tesseractor and a 21 meter tesseract at the core

The measure of 21 meters comes from numbers not chosen but found. It is this that explains the others that came from it, 42 and 84. This is part of the geometry that exposed itself as I worked through the design.

This initial campaign also has relevance from a couple directions.
